Ceramics
I find working with clay the perfect balance to my more digitally oriented work.
Working on the wheel is meditative and grounding. Hand sculpting the clay brings out something primal in me - as if the process is instinctual and should not be controlled. The inconsistencies and serendipitous nature of the glazes is liberating. My work with ceramics has helped me to develop a stronger sense of dimension and I feel it has noticeably enhanced my two dimensional work.
I sell my ceramics on an individual basis. I also have a limited availability for commissioned work.
I am currently studying under Logan Wood.
